Watford have completed the signing of Napoli defender Miguel Britos.
The 30-year-old pens a three-year deal at Vicarage Road and ends a four-year stay in Naples to move to the Premier League new boys.
Britos made over 100 appearances for the Serie A club, winning the Coppa Italia on two occasions.
The Uruguayan played for Fenix, Juventud and Montevideo Wanderers in his homeland before moving to Italy to join Bologna in July 2008.
Britos made 71 appearances for Bologna before making the switch to Napoli for the 2011-12 season.
Watford have been busy in the transfer market thus far, with the likes of Jose Holebas, Valon Behrami and Etienne Capoue all joining Quique Flores side.
Britos was not the only player to leave Napoli on Wednesday, with Duvan Zapata joining fellow Serie A side Udinese on a two-year loan deal.
The forward has spent the last two seasons at Stadio San Paolo, but has made just 12 Serie A starts in that time.
